Will my order arrive fresh?
All of OK Diabetes products will be delivered fresh, and packing will begin one day before delivery and thoroughly inspect the condition of the product.
What products are gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free. In particular, bakery products are gluten-free, so you can eat them without worrying about allergies.
Are there peanuts and tree nuts in yourproducts?
Yes, some of our products may contain nuts. However, if you are allergic to any kinds of nuts, you can leave us a note when you order.
How long can OK Diabetes food products last?
After delivery, we advise you to use our products within a week. In general, it may be kept in the refrigerator.

What pick-up options for OK Diabetes products are available?
Currently, pick-up options are not available for all our products. However, OK Diabetes plans to build a pick-up service by our HQ office in Burnaby in the near future.
What if I want to order outside of Metro Vancouver?
We are currently only delivering to the lower mainland. Please call ahead or email to make sure you're within our delivery area.
How long does the shipping take?
Order processing normally has a lead time of ~1-2 days, so orders must be in by Wednesday for delivery that Friday.

What local delivery options are available?
We're offering FREE ON FRIDAYS local delivery for any orders above $100, starting this July 2025. Orders purchased Monday - Wednesday will be delivered by Friday of the week.
What are the courier options?
Order through our website for courier options. FREE delivery on orders over $100 or a flat rate of $15 for orders below $100 within GVRD (<30 km radius from Greater Vancouver Region's center, Burnaby).
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
We cannot guarantee or specify an exact time of delivery, as couriers must deliver to multiple locations. However, we can make a note on your behalf upon request (this does not guarantee delivery time).
What should I do if I live in an apartment building?
Please provide a buzzer number if you live in an apartment. If there’s no buzzer or the courier cannot reach you, they will leave the package at the front.
What if I entered the wrong address when ordering?
We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses! Re-routed deliveries will incur extra charges. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $10 address change fee will apply to your order.
What if I want to modify my order or delivery details?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order or delivery details. Any changes after shipping may incur a processing fee.
